Breaky Bottom

Harvest time at Breaky Bottom, a family run small scale business in the South Downs National park.It produces award winning sparkling wines.

A secluded valley offering shelter from coastal winds and providing an ideal microclimate for vine growing. 

In a typical year Breaky Bottom produce up to 10,000 bottles, although in some years the entire crop has been lost to floods or pheasants. 

Every year the harvest brings together a group of family and friends to harvest the grapes for that years wine production.
